The hostel provided free tea and coffee, which was a nice bonus. The location was very convenient, close to the center.- They offered tours and activities that were easy to book from the hostel.
The staff was not often present and it was difficult to communicate with them due to the language barrier. The keys and door to get in and out of the place were quite troublesome.

The location of the hostel is great, being close to the city center and offering easy access to all the attractions. The hostel has a full kitchen, common area, and living room where you can relax and socialize with other travelers. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they even offer fresh tortillas made at the patio/garden. the beds are comfortable and the room was clean.
The common area wasn't very social during my stay, as most people kept to themselves due to the strong wifi connection.

The new rooms have coffee/tea making facilities and the staff is helpful and fluent in English, providing exceptional service.
The cleanliness in certain areas, such as the kitchen and rooms, could be improved.

The location of the hostel is superb, situated between the main street and the bus station, making it convenient for transportation. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing information about tours and offering assistance with luggage. The hostel is known for its cleanliness, with beds being made daily and a clean environment overall. Additionally, the hostel offers amenities such as individual night lights and power outlets, lockers with locks, and towels for guests.
There is a slight ventilation problem in the female dorm, causing some humidity from the showers to accumulate in the room. However, this issue can easily be resolved by opening the windows.

Best aspects of my stay here were the strong and fast WiFi, which was perfect for streaming Netflix and keeping in touch with family. The female dorm had a private bathroom with two showers that were cleaned daily. The beds were comfortable and we had extra blankets. The common areas were spacious, and there was never a shortage of drinking water. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the rooftop area was a nice place to relax.
The noise from the reception area in the female dorm and the flashing Christmas lights outside the window. It would have been better if there were showers outside the dorm rooms to avoid disturbing others.

The location is great, with a row of 6 cheap and delicious restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a good meal. The private rooms and dormitory beds were comfortable, with private showers and electrical sockets for convenience. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing good service and organizing enjoyable excursions.
The lack of a clear curfew in the kitchen led to noisy nights and dirty dishes left until the next day.

Great location and helpful staff. The hostel provides reliable wifi, which was essential for my work. The cleanliness of the space was also impressive, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.
The shared kitchen was often left untidy by some guests, and the kitchenware was not always properly cleaned. Additionally, there was no clear curfew for the kitchen, leading to noise disturbances late at night.
